Boruto: Two Blue Vortex

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is a monthly manga series that acts as Part II sequel to Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, continuing under the supervision of Masashi Kishimoto with art by Mikio Ikemoto. The plot jumps three years after the mysterious disappearance of Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Uzumaki, with Boruto thrust into the shadows as a rogue shinobi branded a criminal by his own village. As a fugitive accused of betrayal, Boruto must navigate secret battles against the surviving remnants of the Kara organization under the new leader Code and face monstrous Shinju clones to protect the people he cares about, all while evading capture by the Hidden Leaf forces.

At the heart of the story is Boruto Uzumaki, the son of the Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki and the promising ninja who wields a unique Karma mark that hints at his connection to ancient Ōtsutsuki powers . He is supported by a cast of key allies including Kawaki, an adopted brother with his own Karma and volatile past; Sarada Uchiha, his determined teammate and daughter of Sasuke and Sakura; and Mitsuki, Orochimaru’s calm and capable artificial son. Together, they operate within Konohagakure—the Hidden Leaf Village, one of the Five Great Shinobi Villages led by the Hokage—in both official and covert missions as the village’s trust in Boruto hangs by a thread.
